We are pleased that you have chosen Free Moving Loads.  Our job is to provide premium relocation services to the consumer.  We provide members with quality high paying jobs and valuable industry resources. 

Memberships include fully insured and licensed industry professionals, in conjunction with: local and interstate movers, van line companies.  The variety of our membership allows us to meet the most demanding household and business moving needs.   

Approximately 45 million people move within the U.S. each year.  There are multitudes of moving companies competing for moving jobs.  The internet has become a valuable resource for the relocation industry and assists consumers who are looking for quality moving services and movers who can provide quality assurance.  Free Moving Loads assists the consumer in the booking process for premium services and premium carriers who will provide that.  Free moving loads works for the moving company as well as the consumer.   

Free Moving Loads works to keep your trucks filled to capacity while reducing marketing and operating costs.  Free Moving Loads provides front end marketing and advertising costs, perform all estimates, contract all services with customers and handle many of the back end service functions as well, including many mediation services. 

Once you have been admitted into our member network, Free Moving Loads will begin sending booked job notifications to your company as well as other Free Moving Loads members.  The Free Moving Loads network is accessible online 24/7 to view all open jobs. 

Every job notification sent to you will have detailed information about the job, including:  reference number, pick-up/destination location, load/delivery dates, all services ordered, special conditions, completed inventory list, and the balance due for the shipment.  When you accept a job print it and have one of your company’s representative sign and fax it back to our office.  We will contact your company shortly thereafter to provide answers to any questions you may have.  Services will be performed and you will collect the balance due from the customer.  You are required to weigh your truck prior to pick up and after loading to determine the actual weight of shipment.  We are contacted by you to get the re-rate for final charges.  

In order to ensure our network is strong in the industry, all members are held to a high standard of performance.   We expect our motor carriers to provide outstanding on time customer service and that is it. 

Members accept jobs on a first come, first serve basis.  There is no limit to the amount of jobs you can have but we expect your company will accept only those jobs in which it can reasonably accommodate.  The jobs will remain in an open status until all paperwork is filled out and the status is filled. 

A thorough estimate is performed for each job, either by phone or by interactive inventory form, which is sent out via email.  An advisor reviews and confirms each completed estimate with the customer to ensure all inventoried items are accounted for and all requested services are included. 

Prices are developed through Free Moving Loads customized software and all final pricing is derived from the most updated AMSA 400 N Tariff.  All members are expected to publish and follow AMSA’s 400N Tariff and agree to accept Free Moving Loads estimate as the final estimate barring any further adjustments for weight and or additional services provided.
